As a Sales Development Representative, you are responsible for managing/assisting in day-to-day Business Development activities such as generating leads, cold calling, database creation, proposal writing, assisting EyeROV's operations team, liaising with the client, and increasing EyeROV's visibility in social media and national/international conferences, exhibitions, seminars, etc.
Responsibilities:
Primary Roles :
- To research and create a database of Leads/prospective clients
- Cold Calls & Mails to Prospective Clients for Qualification
- Regular follow-ups and Requirement Validations from Leads
- Understand the client's requirements and prepare the techno-commercial proposal
- Tender Document Preparations and Submissions
- Be the company's representative and Single Point of Contact for certain business areas, including Business Development and Promotional events like presentations, client mailings, and articles in trade journals, organize and attend relevant Trade Shows /Exhibitions, Fairs, etc.
- Post-sales follow-ups on work completion certificates and payments
Secondary Roles:
- Identification of future key projects and contractor/alliance requirements.
- Visit to nearby client locations for Presentations and Tenders
- Assisting in the planning and execution of the projects/sales won
- Competitor Analysis
Skills :
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (Must Have)
- Self-starter and willing to make cold calls
- Research and Reasoning capabilities to find out leads
- Flexibility to work on multiple and varied projects
- Excellent communicator and relationship builder
- Ability to learn and understand technical specifications and requirements

Minimum Bachelor's degree in engineering ( Mechanical/ Civil/Marine/ Any other Stream with relevant experience)
