About the Role
We are a fast-growing IT System Integrator delivering end-to-end infrastructure, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, and data center solutions to enterprises across India. We're looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Mumbai team and fuel our sales pipeline. If you love prospecting, opening conversations with decision-makers, and turning cold outreach into qualified opportunities, we'd like to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate, research, and qualify new business leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Identify key decision-makers (IT Heads, CIOs, CTOs, Procurement) within target accounts and build initial relationships.
- Understand client IT infrastructure needs and position relevant solutions (networking, cloud, security, storage, end-user computing, etc.).
- Schedule qualified meetings and product demos for Account Managers / Business Development Managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activity in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and meetings booked.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve conversion.
- Stay current on OEM offerings (Cisco, Dell, HPE, Fortinet, Microsoft, VMware, etc.) and industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in sales development, inside sales, or lead generation, preferably with an IT System Integrator, OEM, or technology reseller.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure, networking, cloud, or cybersecurity solutions.
- Strong communication, cold-calling, and email outreach skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and lead-generation platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.).
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.

- Existing network of IT/enterprise contacts in the Mumbai / West region.
- Exposure to selling solutions from major OEM partners.
