Role Overview

We are hiring a Sales Development Representative to own top of funnel pipeline generation across our target markets. This is a high ownership outbound role. You will identify, research and reach out to SaaS and AI companies across multiple channels, spark conversations with the right people, and book qualified meetings that turn into revenue. Persistence, personalization and process matter deeply.

You will work closely with founders, sales and marketing to refine targeting, messaging and the outbound engine end to end.

What You Will Do

Multichannel Outbound

  • Run targeted outbound across email, LinkedIn, calls and other channels to reach SaaS and AI companies
  • Build and manage sequenced campaigns that combine channels into a coherent prospect journey
  • Personalize outreach at scale using research, signals and relevant triggers
  • Test messaging, angles and channels, then double down on what converts

Prospecting and Tooling

  • Build and maintain accurate prospect lists using tools like Apollo, Instantly and similar outbound stacks
  • Set up, manage and optimize sequences, deliverability and sending infrastructure
  • Build and maintain CRMs and keep pipeline data clean, structured and reliable
  • Use enrichment and intent data to prioritize the highest potential accounts

Pipeline and Meetings

  • Book qualified meetings with decision makers at AI and SaaS companies
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads against ICP and hand off cleanly to closing
  • Own your numbers end to end, from list to reply to booked meeting to show rate
  • Follow up relentlessly and keep deals moving through the early funnel

Cross Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with founders and sales on targeting, messaging and offer
  • Feed market and prospect insights back to marketing and product
  • Help define the outbound playbook, not just execute it

Occasionally, you may support events, partnerships or campaign launches, but the core focus is outbound pipeline generation.

What We Are Looking For

  • 6 months to 1 year of B2B outbound experience
  • Proven track record booking meetings in AI, SaaS or fintech
  • Hands on with outbound tools like Apollo, Instantly and CRM platforms
  • Comfortable building lists, sequences and CRMs from scratch
  • Strong ownership mindset who treats pipeline as a personal responsibility
  • Excellent written communication and personalization skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast moving startup environment

Bonus If You Have

  • Experience selling into payments, billing or fintech
  • Experience with developer focused or technical products
  • Familiarity with deliverability, domain warmup and sending infrastructure
  • Experience with data driven outbound and reporting

What Success Looks Like

In 3 months:

  • Built a repeatable multichannel outbound motion that produces consistent meetings
  • Hit a steady cadence of qualified meetings booked with ICP accounts
  • Brought stronger structure and hygiene to CRM and pipeline data

In 6 Months

  • Pipeline is predictable and growing month over month
  • Messaging and targeting are sharper and convert better
  • Outbound tooling and sequences run smoothly and reliably
  • Collaboration with sales and founders is tight and fast
