As a Gixer (employee) at CoStrategix, you will be part of a Team that has broad exposure to diverse industries and technologies. This role is based out of our Engineering Center located in Bangalore, India, and will be reporting to the Lead Generation Manager.
Role Overview:
- Location: Bengaluru (Work from Office)
- Years of Experience: 2Years to 6Years
- Work Schedule: Work from the office; 5 days a week (MondayFriday) with Shift Timings in IST
- 4 pm to 1 am
- Reporting to: Head of Sales Development / Lead Generation
- Role Type: Individual Contributor (Foundational Hire)
This is the first SDR cohort at CoStrategix, offering high visibility, ownership, and a strong career path into senior SDR, AE, or SalesOps roles.
Position Summary:
We're hiring a self-driven, sharp, high-ownership SDR who can turn cold leads into warm conversations, fast. As an SDR, you will be part of the founding SDR team in India, responsible for generating a high-quality lead pipeline for our solution offerings. You will prospect into US accounts, book qualified meetings, and use AI-driven tools and creative outreach strategies to engage senior decision-makers. This role is critical in driving new business opportunities by identifying and nurturing qualified prospects for our technical services and solutions.
You will be directly responsible for generating qualified outbound leads via multi-channel outreach. You will collaborate closely with Sales & Marketing to optimize the sales pipeline & work on the inbound leads.
You are best suited for this role if you're a highly motivated go-getter, self-starter, & curious individual with the ability to identify and develop leads and opportunities from multiple sources, including prospect lists, social selling, and individual research. You are a team player who thrives in collaborative & challenging environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate high-quality outbound leads for US-based ICPs (Enterprise & Mid-Market)
- Research target personas & industries that align with our core offerings: software development, cloud and data modernization, and AI services
- Be a Client Champion, build relationships & nurture personas, such as CxO's, HoD's, VP's & Directors
- Prospect via email, LinkedIn, calls, and AI-assisted channels
- Design & Run outbound campaigns
- Follow up on Inbound leads (based on marketing SLA's)
- Set up qualified discovery meetings for US-based AEs
- Research accounts deeply to personalize outreach
- Maintain accurate data in Sales Intelligence platform (Salesloft) and CRM (HubSpot)
- Collaborate closely with US AEs on account strategies
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly pipeline targets
Strategic & AI-Driven Expectations
- Use AI-driven sales enablement tools (Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Chorus, LinkedIn, Gemini, etc.) to:
- Personalize outreach at scale
- Improve response rates
- Optimize call scripts and messaging
- Experiment with non-traditional outreach approaches
- Provide feedback to leadership on ICP refinement and messaging
- Continue to test and refine prospecting processes, playbooks, and cadences
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales (1:1 with AE) to cultivate leads, ensure seamless engagement, and smooth hand-offs
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaign alignment, messaging, and content needs
- Provide feedback on buyer behavior and market trends to influence positioning and offerings
Must Have Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, sales development, or inside sales for the North America region
- Previous experience generating leads or selling IT professional services, software development solutions, or SaaS solutions
- Proven outbound prospecting experience
- Excellent communication (English - written & oral) and strong presentation skills
- Experience working with US time zones
- Familiarity with CRM and sales intelligence systems
- Comfort using AI tools in daily workflows
- Strong research and personalization skills
Good to Have Qualifications
- Experience working with or selling technology services, especially related to Cloud (AWS, Azure), Data Platforms, AI/ML solutions, & Software Design & Engineering
- Experience in early-stage or build-from-scratch SDR teams
- Exposure to account-based marketing (ABM)

Your north star would be the BANT-qualified opportunities that you create for the AE's. You'd also be measured upon:
- No. of meetings generated per month
