Job Description

As a US‑Market BDR, you will:

  • Run targeted outbound campaigns using phone, email, and LinkedIn to engage decision‑makers in enterprise and mid‑market accounts.
  • Conduct deep account research to personalize outreach and drive high‑quality conversations with senior stakeholders.
  • Qualify prospects using frameworks like BANT / MEDDICC, identifying pain points, use cases, and buying intent.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to create, mature, and hand off opportunities that progress into revenue.
  • Maintain and update CRM data, ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, sharing insights on messaging, ICP shifts, and outbound strategy.
  • Book meetings, drive top‑of‑funnel activities, and exceed monthly/quarterly pipeline and SQL targets.

The Successful Applicant

You will be a strong fit if you:

  • Have 1-3 years of BDR/SDR experience in B2B SaaS, consulting, tech services, or similar outbound-heavy roles.
  • Have experience targeting North American prospects and are comfortable working late‑shift IST hours.
  • Possess excellent written & verbal communication, especially for US‑facing outreach.
  • Are familiar with tools like Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Outreach, HubSpot, Salesforce etc.
  • Thrive in metric-driven environments and enjoy experimentation, A/B testing, and multi‑channel cadences.
  • Are resilient, curious, coachable, and passionate about leveling up in enterprise sales.
