Job Role - Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Location - Chennai(WFO)
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) and manage inbound inquiries.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand customer challenges and position our HRMS SaaS solutions effectively.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and value-based presentations tailored to client needs.
- Own the entiresalescycle: prospecting, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Manage and nurture relationships with prospects and accounts, ensuring high customer engagement.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in CRM tools; ensure timely follow-ups and reporting.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to alignsalesstrategies with company goals.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly/quarterlysalestargets.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B SaaSsales, preferably in SAAS ,ERP, HRMS
- Demonstrated success in cold calling, lead generation, and closing deals.
- Strong communication and consultative selling skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Experience managing the completesalescycle, including account management and renewals.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g.,Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) andsalesautomation tools.
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceedingsalesquotas.
