About the Role
Paperplanes LLP is hiring on behalf of our client, edenhire.ai, for the position of Sales Development Representative (SDR).
Join edenhire.ai and help connect venture-backed startups with the talent they need to scale. This role offers hands-on exposure to business development, HR Tech, AI, and the startup ecosystem while working closely with founders across India.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute outbound prospecting through LinkedIn, email, and other digital channels.
• Identify and qualify venture-backed startup prospects.
• Maintain and update prospect information within the CRM pipeline.
• Conduct initial discovery conversations with potential clients.
• Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and the sales team.
• Support lead generation and business development initiatives.
Qualifications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Students, interns, fresh graduates, and early-career professionals are encouraged to apply.
• Interest in startups, HR Tech, AI, and B2B sales.
• Self-motivated with a proactive and ownership-driven mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
