The Opportunity

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers exploring Oracle Cloud solutions.

You will help build early-stage sales pipeline by connecting with target accounts, understanding business priorities, and introducing Oracle's portfolio across:

  • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
  • Data & Analytics
  • Artificial Intelligence (AI)
  • Cloud Applications

This role offers exposure to enterprise technology sales, customer engagement, and modern digital selling practices while working closely with cross-functional teams across Oracle.

What You'll Do

  • Generate and qualify demand through inbound inquiries, outbound prospecting, account-based outreach, and digital campaigns.
  • Identify customer needs, business challenges, and growth opportunities that can be addressed through Oracle Cloud solutions.
  • Engage prospects in value-based conversations around cloud adoption, AI innovation, data modernization, and application transformation.
  • Clearly articulate Oracle's value proposition to both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Solution Engineers, Marketing, and Partner teams to progress qualified opportunities.
  • Leverage CRM systems, sales engagement platforms, analytics, and AI-assisted tools to enhance productivity and conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate account, contact, activity, and opportunity data.
  • Consistently achieve activity, pipeline generation, and qualification targets.

What We're Looking For

  • 5–8 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, inside sales, lead generation, or customer engagement roles.
  • Experience in technology, SaaS, software, cloud, or digital solutions is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and discovery skills.
  • Genuine interest in cloud computing, AI, data platforms, and digital transformation.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organized with a growth mindset.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and engage confidently with customers.
  • Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools such as Oracle CX Sales, Salesforce, Outreach, Seismic, or similar platforms is advantageous.
