B. About Your Role

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Sales & Business Development team. In this role, you will lead outbound prospecting and early-stage client engagement, driving qualified opportunities and building a strong sales pipeline across US and Canadian markets.

The ideal candidate is proactive, results-driven, and strategic, with hands-on experience in selling to North American markets (US & Canada) and a strong ability to generate and qualify high-quality leads.

C. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential clients across US and Canadian markets through outbound channels including LinkedIn, cold emails, and databases
  • Execute structured outreach campaigns to engage decision-makers and key stakeholders in North America
  • Qualify leads through discovery conversations, ensuring strong alignment with ICP and market fit
  • Manage end-to-end outbound prospecting efforts focused on North American regions
  • Maintain accurate prospect data, outreach activity, and pipeline tracking in CRM systems
  • Schedule and coordinate qualified meetings with senior sales leaders
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospects through consistent follow-ups
  • Analyze outreach performance and optimize messaging, targeting, and conversion strategies
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to enhance North America-focused sales strategies

D. Required Qualifications & Experience

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in B2B sales / SDR / business development roles
  • Mandatory experience selling to US and Canadian markets from India
  • Proven track record of outbound prospecting and pipeline generation in international markets

Essential technical skills

  • Strong outbound prospecting and lead qualification experience
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Ability to manage multiple prospects and maintain structured follow-ups
  • Data-driven mindset with strong pipeline management skills

Preferredbut not mandatory

  • Experience selling to North American or international markets
  • Familiarity with sales automation and outreach tools (e.g., Apollo, Outreach, Sales Navigator)
  • Experience in professional services, consulting, financial advisory, or B2B services industries.
