Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) with experience in enterprise, retail, and IT services sales to join our growing team. The SDR will play a key role in driving pipeline growth, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales team in expanding our market presence. This role is perfect for a proactive and resilient professional who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate high-quality sales opportunities.
  • Identify and qualify potential clients in the enterprise, retail, and IT services sectors.
  • Research and analyse target markets, key decision-makers, and pain points to craft personalized outreach strategies.
  • Manage and nurture inbound leads from marketing campaigns, referrals, and events.

Sales Process & Pipeline Management

  • Engage with C-level executives, VPs, and decision-makers to build interest in our Services & solutions.
  • Set up introductory meetings Services & Product demos for the sales team.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers and track interactions.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives (AEs) to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
  • Educate prospects on how our solutions can address their business challenges and pain points.

Performance & Collaboration

  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for lead generation and qualified meetings.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to improve outreach and conversion strategies.
  • Provide feedback on prospect challenges, objections, and market insights to help refine sales messaging.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or lead generation within enterprise, retail, or IT services.
  • Proven track record of successfully prospecting, qualifying leads, and setting up sales meetings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage senior-level executives.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to handle objections, and rejections, and navigate complex sales cycles.
