Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Development Representative position based in Salem. The role involves identifying and qualifying potential clients, generating new leads, and maintaining a robust sales pipeline. Daily responsibilities include conducting outreach via calls and emails, creating meaningful connections with prospects, and collaborating with the sales team to drive successful business development efforts. The role requires a proactive approach to achieving targets and contributing to sales growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and engage potential clients effectively.
  • Strong Sales and Business Development skills, with the ability to convert leads into successful outcomes.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including written, verbal, and active listening abilities, to foster positive relationships with clients and teammates.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and meet assigned targets.
  • Previous experience in a sales or business development role is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in Business or related field is preferred.
