Through Kanan Academy, it offers advanced coaching for exams including IELTS, TOEFL-iBT, PTE, Duolingo English Test, SAT, GRE, GMAT, and language courses such as Spoken English and French. KananPREP and Know Your Score (KYS) mock test centers provide comprehensive preparation and transparent assessment. The 23,000 sq. ft. headquarters at Trident Complex, Race Course, serves as the central hub for operations and innovation.

Role Overview

We are looking for highly driven Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to generate and qualify opportunities for our Business Development team. The ideal candidate is comfortable with cold outreach, consultative conversations, and maintaining high activity levels across calls, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and prospect study abroad consultants, coaching institutes, and education businesses across India.
  • Execute outbound campaigns using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, WhatsApp, email, and calling.
  • Engage decision-makers and understand their business requirements.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
  • Schedule qualified meetings and demos for the BDM team.
  • Maintain accurate activity records and follow-up cadence.
  • Work closely with marketing and BDM teams to maximize conversions.
  • Consistently achieve weekly and monthly pipeline targets.
Ideal Candidate
  • 1–4 years of experience in SDR, inside sales, lead generation, or business development.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Experience with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, CRM tools, and email outreach.
  • Ability to handle objections and build rapport with business owners.
  • Self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented mindset.
Good to Have
  • Experience in EdTech, SaaS, Study Abroad, or Education services.
  • Exposure to WhatsApp-based selling and multichannel outreach.
  • Experience selling B2B solutions to SMEs.
