Location: Noida (Work from Office)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate should have 1–5 years of experience in IT Sales, excellent English communication skills, and a strong ability to generate and qualify leads. This role requires a proactive individual who is passionate about building client relationships and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other prospecting channels
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers
  • Understand customer requirements and effectively communicate the company's IT solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business goals
  • Meet and exceed monthly lead generation and sales targets
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • MBA is mandatory
  • 1–5 years of experience in IT Sales, Business Development, or Sales Development
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory)
  • Strong prospecting, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with cold calling, lead generation, and client outreach
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn

  • Experience: 1–5 years
  • Education: MBA (Mandatory)
  • Industry Experience: IT Sales (Mandatory)
  • Location: Must be willing to work from the Noida office
  • Excellent English communication skills are mandatory
