Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate should have 1–5 years of experience in
IT Sales, excellent English communication skills, and a strong ability to generate and qualify leads. This role requires a proactive individual who is passionate about building client relationships and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other prospecting channels
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers
- Understand customer requirements and effectively communicate the company's IT solutions
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business goals
- Meet and exceed monthly lead generation and sales targets
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- MBA is mandatory
- 1–5 years of experience in IT Sales, Business Development, or Sales Development
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory)
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience with cold calling, lead generation, and client outreach
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn

- Location: Must be willing to work from the Noida office
