Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Development Representative, based in rengi, pattan. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for prospecting potential clients, generating leads, and identifying new business opportunities. The role involves effectively communicating with prospects, understanding their needs, and positioning Flowprospect's offerings as solutions. The individual will collaborate closely with the sales and business development teams to convert qualified leads into clients.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to effectively identify and engage with potential clients
  • Strong Communication and Sales skills to connect with prospects and present solutions persuasively
  • Knowledge of Business Development principles to identify opportunities and support organizational growth
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with prospects and team members
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and lead management software is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
