Job Description

Sales Development Representative (SDR)

iLeaf Solutions is looking for a highly motivated and energetic SDR who can drive lead generation and build strong outbound pipelines for our services.

  • Comfortable using LinkedIn, CRM tools, email outreach, and sales tools
  • Ability to identify decision-makers and generate qualified meetings
  • Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented
Responsibilities
  • Research and identify potential prospects
  • Conduct outbound outreach through LinkedIn, email, and calls
  • Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
  • Schedule meetings with key decision-makers
  • Maintain CRM updates and outreach tracking
  • Work closely with the business development team to grow pipeline
Preferred
  • Experience in SaaS, IT services, Cloud, CLM, or Healthcare solutions
  • Prior SDR/BDR experience is a plus
