Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of existing customers/accounts
  • Build strong relationships with customers through calls, chat, and digital communication
  • Drive customer engagement, retention, and account growth
  • Identify inactive or underperforming accounts and drive re-engagement
  • Understand customer needs and recommend relevant services or opportunities
  • Track account performance and follow up on growth opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer/account issues
  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly account performance against targets
Who Should Apply
  • Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in sales, BPO, customer support, telesales, or similar roles
  • Prior professional sales or BPO experience is strongly preferred
  • Strong communication and convincing skills
  • Good at follow-ups, relationship building, and handling objections
  • Comfortable with targets, calls, and performance-driven environments
  • Active on social media with good familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and similar platforms
