Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a full-time Sales Development Representative to join our team on-site at our Bengaluru South office. The role involves identifying and qualifying potential sales leads, nurturing client relationships, and presenting the benefits of Hawky.ai's platform. You will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for outreach, conduct market research to uncover new opportunities, and ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.

• Proficiency in lead generation, prospecting, and building client relationships
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in sales techniques, client outreach, and CRM tools
• Ability to analyze market trends and deliver strategic business insights
• Interest or experience in digital marketing and advertising
• Self-motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Familiarity with performance marketing, analytics platforms, and ad campaigns (preferred)
