  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Payout: $90K - $110K/yr

Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a SDR (Enterprise AI) to work on a full-time basis. The role focuses on identifying and engaging enterprise customers in the AI sector to generate qualified sales opportunities. This position requires experience in selling AI solutions to large organizations and understanding their technical and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify target enterprise accounts in the AI and enterprise software space.

• Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to engage decision-makers.

• Qualify leads by assessing customer pain points and aligning them with product value propositions.

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve lead conversion.

• Maintain CRM records and track outreach activities in Salesforce or similar systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in sales development or outbound sales, preferably in enterprise software or AI.

• Proven track record of generating qualified sales opportunities in B2B environments.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Outreach.

• Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or enterprise software solutions.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with strong time management skills.

• Experience in cold outreach, lead qualification, and pipeline development.

• Comfort with data-driven decision-making and performance tracking.
