About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our Go-To-Market (GTM) and Business Development initiatives. This role combines sales, market research, business intelligence, and strategic growth activities.
As an SDR, you will identify new business opportunities, support pipeline development, conduct market analysis, manage CRM activities, and help drive Concept Dash's expansion across multiple industries and geographies.
Key Responsibilities
Market Intelligence
- Research market trends, industry developments, and emerging business opportunities.
- Monitor training, cybersecurity, and technology sectors to identify growth opportunities.
Competitor Analysis
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and market research.
- Analyze pricing, positioning, and service offerings to support business strategy.
GTM & Business Development
- Support the development of Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and buyer personas.
- Assist in market entry strategies and lead generation initiatives.
CRM & Pipeline Management
- Maintain accurate CRM records using tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
- Track leads, opportunities, conversion rates, and pipeline performance.
Sales Enablement
- Prepare proposals, presentations, business cases, and client-facing materials.
- Support bid submissions and strategic sales initiatives.
Client Outreach & Prospecting
- Conduct cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
- Build relationships with potential clients and generate qualified opportunities.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Collaborate with technical teams and international business leaders.
- Ensure smooth communication across global teams and projects.
Reporting & Analytics
- Create weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, pipeline health, and market trends.
- Provide insights that support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Sales, or a related field.
- Certifications in Sales, CRM Platforms, Business Development, or Digital Marketing are an advantage.
Experience
- 0–1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, Client Relations, or similar roles.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and prospect outreach.
- Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho is preferred.
- Professional email writing and follow-up skills.
- Understanding of sales processes and lead nurturing techniques.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work with overlapping Canadian EST business hours.
