Role OverviewWe're looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is high-energy, target-driven, and passionate about driving top-of-funnel activities. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, responsible for lead prospecting, qualification, and setting up discovery meetings for our enterprise sales team.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify ideal customer profiles and build outreach lists using LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.
Run email, LinkedIn, and calling cadences to engage CXO-level prospects.
Maintain high outbound activity levels (6080 touches/day across channels).
Conduct quick qualification (BANT / budget-owner-fit) via call or email.
Schedule discovery/demo meetings for Account Executives with relevant stakeholders.
Update all prospect interactions and lead stages in Zoho CRM.
Coordinate with sales managers for seamless hand-off and feedback loops.
Maintain accurate CRM data, tagging source, status, and notes for each lead.
Track and report key KPIs: calls/day, connects, meetings booked, lead quality.
12 years of experience as an SDR, BDE, or Inside Sales role in a SaaS or tech company.
Prior exposure to finance-tech / ERP / compliance domains is a plus.
Confident communicator with strong phone presence and LinkedIn outreach skills.
High ownership, hustle, and persistence mindset to break into enterprise accounts.
Experience with CRM tools (Zoho/Salesforce) and sales automation platforms (Outreach, Apollo).
