Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales professional to support revenue teams through accurate documentation handling and proactive account farming. The role is execution-focused and requires prior experience in lead generation, sales operations, client onboarding, documentation management, or post-sales account handling within B2B, fintech, SaaS, or regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support lead generation through outbound and efforts, lead qualification, and coordination with Sales to move prospects through the funnel.
  • Manage end-to-end sales documentation including KYC, onboarding forms, contracts, and internal approvals, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate with Cross Functional teams to resolve documentation gaps and enable timely account activation.
  • Track documentation status, follow-ups, and closures while maintaining accurate records in CRM and internal systems.
  • Manage a portfolio of active business accounts post-onboarding and act as the primary operations point of contact.
  • Drive product adoption, retention, and consistent usage through structured follow-ups and engagement.
  • Identify account expansion, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities in collaboration with Sales and Customer Success teams.

Key Skills & Experience

  • 13 years of experience in Lead Generation, Sales Operations or Account Management roles.
  • Strong understanding of documentation, KYC, and compliance workflows (FinTech experience preferred).
  • High attention to detail with strong follow-up and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in process-driven and regulated environments.

Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
