Sales Development Representative (SDR)
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, outbound sales outreach, prospect qualification, and scheduling meetings with potential clients across global markets. This role requires strong communication skills, experience in international sales outreach, and familiarity with CRM and lead generation tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting, cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Conduct outbound calling for markets including: United States, Canada, India, UK, Gulf Countries
- Schedule and coordinate meetings/demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.
- Manage and update leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM platforms.
- Perform market research to identify target industries, decision-makers, and emerging business opportunities.
- Build and maintain prospect databases through data scraping and lead generation tools.
- Use platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Apollo, and CRM systems for prospecting and lead nurturing.
- Draft personalized outreach emails and follow-up communication to increase response rates.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business requirements and potential fit.
- Collaborate with internal technical and product teams to align customer requirements with company offerings.
- Prepare sales collateral, presentations, and proposal documents when required.
- Track outreach metrics, sales pipeline progress, and lead conversion performance.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Hands-on experience in cold calling and international sales outreach.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools, and lead generation platforms.
- Understanding of AI, SaaS, cloud, or technology services is preferred.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve monthly targets.
- Excellent written English for email outreach and proposal drafting.
