Role Description
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate and qualify new business leads. The SDR will be responsible for identifying potential customers, initiating contact, and setting up qualified meetings for the sales team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys research, outreach, and building early-stage customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential leads through online platforms, databases, social media, and industry directories
- Generate new leads via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other prospecting methods
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria
- Initiate first contact and introduce company products/services to prospects
- Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team with qualified prospects
- Track outreach activities and report on lead generation metrics
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Strong skills in business development and sales processes
- Effective communication abilities for client outreach and relationship building
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Prior experience in sales-focused roles, preferably in a B2B setting
- Knowledge of CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
