About Us

We generate leads for B2B companies. That's it. We're a 10-month-old GTM execution team working withlarge clients in the B2B Space . We handle Google Ads, outbound sales, and conversion focussed websites -whatever fills the pipeline. Clients view us as an extended arm of their sales and marketing team.

The Role

Join our team as a Cold Calling Specialist conducting outbound calls to qualified prospects, booking meetings with decision-makers, and driving pipeline growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make 80-100+ outbound calls daily to B2B prospects
  • Navigate gatekeepers and reach C-suite/VP-level decision-makers
  • Book qualified meetings for client sales teams
  • Maintain CRM records and provide activity reports

  • Requirements

    • Minimum 1-2 year cold calling experience (BPO/SaaS/B2B sales)
    • Excellent English communication skills
    • Available to work US hours (EST/PST)
    • Comfortable with high-volume calling and rejection

    Bonus Points

    • B2B SaaS experience
    • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce)
    • Previous SDR/BDR experience
