Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and confident Cold Caller (SDR) with excellent English communication skills to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients in the US and UK markets, generating leads, and setting up qualified meetings for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients in the US and UK markets
- Introduce company services and generate interest in our SaaS/app development solutions
- Qualify leads and identify decision-makers
- Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of calls and prospects in CRM
- Follow up with potential clients via calls and emails
- Meet daily/weekly call and lead generation targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (neutral or international accent preferred)
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally
- Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales (preferred)
- Familiarity with SaaS or IT services (a plus)
- Comfortable working in US/UK shifts
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes
