Description

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative for our B2B team to work the night shift in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads and qualifying prospects, contributing to the growth of our sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead generation activities.
  • Qualify leads by engaging potential clients and understanding their needs and pain points.
  • Maintain and update CRM with lead information and interactions.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
  • Schedule appointments and product demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales development targets.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques is a plus.
