Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR) Enterprise

Work Days: Sunday to Friday (6 Days)

Experience Level: 16 Years

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our B2B Enterprise Sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong grasp of outbound prospecting, and the ability to engage confidently with decision-makers across the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities

Core Sales Activities

  • Conduct high-volume cold calls with a structured and confident pitch.
  • Qualify leads using BANT, MEDDIC, or SPIN frameworks.
  • Prospect and research leads through platforms such as LinkedIn, Apollo, Lusha, and Zoom Info.
  • Execute personalised email outreach campaigns with effective follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage the sales pipeline within a CRM (Hub Spot, Salesforce, or Zoho).
  • Build and nurture pipelines by maintaining consistent engagement.
  • Handle objections effectively and move leads through the sales funnel.
  • Book qualified meetings/demos for Account Executives.

Middle East Market Exposure

  • Strong understanding of GCC regions: UAE, KSA, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, and Kuwait.
  • Experience engaging with decision-makers such as HR Heads, L&D Managers, Procurement Teams, and CXOs.
  • Familiarity with GCC business culture and professional etiquette.
  • Flexibility to work in alignment with the SundayThursday business week.
  • Experience dealing with Arabic-speaking clients is an added advantage (not mandatory).

Communication & Relationship Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
  • Strong active listening skills to identify client needs and pain points.
  • Confident in following up and maintaining professional engagement.

Product & Market Knowledge

  • Understanding of EdTech, SaaS, Corporate Training, or IT Solutions.
  • Ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively.
  • Awareness of industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Basic understanding of ROI-based selling and consultative sales approach.

Tools & Technologies

  • CRM: HubSpot, Salesforce, Freshsales, or Zoho.
  • Outreach Platforms: Apollo, SalesLoft, Reply.io, or Lemlist.
  • Prospecting: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha.
  • Productivity Tools: Google Workspace / Microsoft Office.

Performance & Mindset

  • Target-driven and consistent in achieving monthly KPIs.
  • Comfortable with high outbound activity and proactive engagement.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Willing to work in Middle East shift timings.
