Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end B2B sales activities for the No2Bounce product.
  • Identify, generate, and qualify potential leads through direct outreach and field visits.

  • Conduct direct sales and door-to-door client acquisition within Pune.

  • Schedule and deliver product demonstrations to prospective clients.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business stakeholders.

  • Understand client requirements and pitch suitable product solutions.

  • Negotiate pricing, close deals, and achieve sales targets.

  • Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

  • Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.



Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales / field sales / direct sales

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Ability to manage the complete sales cycle independently

  • Confidence in direct client interactions and field prospecting

  • Willingness to travel extensively within Pune

  • Strong understanding of sales processes and customer handling

  • Experience in software/product sales is preferred

  • Ability to learn quickly and explain product features effectively
