Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Development Representative located in Mumbai. In this position, you will identify and qualify potential business opportunities, generate leads, and build strong relationships with prospects. Daily tasks include researching businesses, engaging with potential clients, collaborating with sales and marketing teams to nurture leads, and scheduling meetings or demos to present our tailored Salesforce solutions. You will play a critical role in helping Appstrail reach its growth objectives and ensuring client success through collaborative efforts.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated skills in Inside Sales and Sales, including building relationships and achieving sales targets
  • Experience in Lead Generation and Business Development to identify and qualify new business opportunities
  • Strong Communication skills for interacting with prospects, understanding client needs, and delivering pitches effectively
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and meet sales performance metrics
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales processes is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Prior experience in the technology or Salesforce ecosystem is a plus
