We're hiring an Inside Sales Development Representative (Appointment Setter)

Remote in India | U.S. EST hours

We're looking for someone with experience in outbound B2B sales, lead generation, and appointment setting who can confidently identify U.S.-based decision-makers, engage them professionally, and book qualified demos for our team.

Relevana is an AI-powered interview intelligence platform that helps recruiters and talent teams run deeper, more structured, hiring-manager-caliber interviews.

This is not a generic telesales role. You'll be prospecting into staffing firms, recruiting leaders, HR, talent acquisition, and RPO organizations in the U.S.

We're looking for someone with:

  • SaaS / software / B2B tech sales experience
  • Strong lead generation and prospect research experience
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Seamless.ai, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar tools
  • Strong spoken and written English
  • Confidence on cold calls with U.S. buyers
  • CRM experience
  • Strong objection handling
  • Ability to work U.S. Eastern Time hours from India

Big plus: HR tech, staffing, recruiting, or AI product experience.

This role is about finding the right prospects and booking qualified meetings, not closing deals.
