Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Location: Remote

Alore helps B2B companies build predictable sales pipelines by booking qualified meetings through outbound outreach. We run structured cold-email and cold-calling systems, supported by strong targeting, messaging, follow-ups, and execution discipline.

Our focus is simple: generate meetings that actually happen, with the right decision-makers, inside a clearly defined Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

Role Overview

We are hiring a high-output Sales Development Representative (SDR) who will own outbound meeting generation.

Your core responsibility is to run daily outbound activity across cold email and cold calling, engage prospects from the defined ICP, and consistently book 35 qualified meetings per month.

This is not a send emails and hope role. This role is about discipline, persistence, follow-up, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run outbound outreach via cold emailing + cold calling (primary channels).
  • Work with a defined ICP and target list, and continuously improve targeting quality.
  • Book 35 qualified meetings per month with decision-makers.
  • Ensure meetings actually happen by:
  • confirming meetings in advance
  • handling reschedules
  • reducing no-shows through reminders + follow-ups
  • Follow structured outreach sequences and improve them based on results.
  • Track daily activity and performance in CRM (HubSpot or similar).
  • Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene (notes, status updates, call outcomes).
  • Share weekly performance reports and insights:
  • reply rate
  • connect rate
  • meeting booked rate
  • meeting show rate
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine scripts, objection handling, and messaging.

Monthly Performance Expectation

  • 35 qualified meetings booked/month
  • Strong meeting show-up rate (meetings should not just be booked, they must happen)
  • High outreach volume with consistent quality:
  • cold calls per day
  • emails per day
  • follow-ups per day

What Success Looks Like

You will be successful if:

  • You consistently hit 35 meetings/month
  • Prospects show up to calls (strong confirmation discipline)
  • You improve conversion rates over time through better execution
  • Your CRM updates are clean, timely, and reliable
  • You bring ownership, not excuses

Required Skills & Experience

  • 13+ years of experience in SDR / appointment setting / outbound sales
  • Strong cold calling confidence (you must be comfortable calling daily)
  • Strong written communication for cold email outreach
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent
  • Organized follow-up discipline
  • Comfortable working with CRM + outreach tools

Preferred (Nice to Have)

  • B2B SaaS or outbound agency experience
  • HubSpot / Apollo / Sales Navigator / Lemlist experience
  • Strong objection handling experience
  • Experience booking meetings with CXOs, Heads of Sales, Founders, etc.

Compensation

Fixed + performance-based incentives (to be discussed based on experience).
