Sales Development Representative

Affluense.ai is India's AI-powered B2B intelligence platform for wealth management & BFSI firms. We help RMs and private bankers discover and profile India's top HNIs. Backed by Zeropearl VC, Kunal Shah (CRED), and Pravin Jadhav (Dhan).

We're looking for a sharp, driven SDR to help us book meetings with India's top wealth management and BFSI firms.

What you'll do:

- Own outbound prospecting and book qualified meetings with decision-makers at wealth management, PMS, and BFSI firms

- Build and filter targeted prospect lists using tools like Apollo

- Run AI-assisted outreach sequences (email + LinkedIn) tailored to ICP

- Cold call and follow up relentlessly to convert interest into booked meetings

- Track activity and pipeline hygiene in CRM

- Work closely with founders to refine messaging and targeting

What we're looking for:

- 1+ years in an SDR/BDR role, ideally in B2B SaaS or fintech

- Hands-on experience with Apollo (or similar) for list building and data filtering

- Comfortable using AI tools for outreach personalization at scale

- Strong cold calling skills — not afraid of the phone

- Excellent written communication (English)

- Based in Bangalore, willing to work from office

- Hungry, coachable, and excited to work at an early-stage startup
