As we continue to expand, we're looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) who has a proven ability to generate high-value B2B leads, manage multiple client accounts, and consistently book qualified sales appointments.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior SDR who will be responsible for managing 34 client accounts simultaneously while driving outbound and inbound lead generation efforts. This role requires strong B2B sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a demonstrated track record of booking qualified meetings with decision-makers.
You will act as an extension of our clients sales teams, representing their brand professionally and delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Manage 34 B2B client accounts and execute customized lead generation strategies for each
Generate high-quality leads through outbound prospecting (cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, etc.)
Qualify prospects based on client-defined ICPs, buyer personas, and qualification frameworks
Book qualified sales appointments and demos for client sales teams
Maintain accurate records of outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline activity in CRM tools
Collaborate with internal account managers and marketing teams to optimize campaign performance
Consistently meet or exceed monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets
Provide feedback and insights to improve messaging, targeting, and conversion rates
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or inside sales professional in the B2B sector
Proven track record of high-value lead generation and appointment setting
Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, decision-makers, and buying processes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Hands-on experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools
Ability to work independently while managing priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in an appointment setting agency or B2B marketing company
Familiarity with multiple industries such as SaaS, IT services, marketing, consulting, or professional services
Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise-level clients
Strong objection-handling and consultative selling skills
