Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in lead generation, outbound sales, and B2B environments, with the ability to engage prospects and create qualified sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement
- Develop and execute effective prospecting and email sequences
- Schedule qualified meetings for senior sales team members
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems
- Utilize tools such as Sales Navigator, Apollo, and ZoomInfo for lead generation
- Perform market research and build target prospect databases
- Consistently achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in Sales Development, Inside Sales, or Lead Generation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in B2B sales; SaaS experience preferred
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales prospecting tools
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
