Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Recruit and build a team of Insurance Advisors.
- Guide and support advisors in their daily work.
- Help advisors achieve their sales targets.
- Generate life insurance business through the agency channel.
- Support advisors in meeting customers and closing policies.
- Conduct regular meetings and field activities with advisors.
Eligibility
- Any Graduate.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Insurance, Banking, BFSI, FMCG, Pharma, Telecom, NBFC, or related fields.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
- Willingness to travel locally for field activities.
