Sales Development Manager

A high-growth, VC-backed SaaS company hiring its founding India pipeline team

Location: Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad — or Remote (India)

About the Company

A high-growth, venture-backed SaaS company is building its India go-to-market engine and has partnered with Flexiple to hire its founding pipeline team. You will build the top of funnel that every closed deal starts from. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Sales Development Manager, you will own pipeline generation, building and coaching an SDR motion that consistently feeds qualified opportunities to the closing team.

Key Responsibilities

Pipeline Generation

  • Build outbound and inbound sequences that book qualified meetings
  • Own pipeline-generation targets and conversion to opportunity
  • Test messaging, channels, and ICP segments to find what works

Team and Enablement

  • Coach SDRs on prospecting, qualification, and follow-up cadence
  • Partner with marketing and account executives on handoffs
  • Keep activity and pipeline data clean in the CRM

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 3 to 7 years in sales development, with time leading or mentoring SDRs
  • A record of generating qualified pipeline against targets
  • Strong outbound and qualification instincts
  • Hands-on with CRM and outreach tools and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building an SDR function from scratch
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, or Apollo
  • Comfort with a partial US or UK time-zone overlap
