Sales Development Representative (SDR) – SaaS & IT Services (AI, Cloud, Digital Solutions)

We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team and generate new business opportunities across SaaS products and IT services (AI, Cloud, Digital Transformation).

This role is ideal for candidates with 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales who are eager to build a career in global technology sales. Whether you bring strong international SaaS exposure or early-stage IT services sales experience, we welcome your application.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and social selling
  • Drive outbound prospecting and handle inbound lead qualification
  • Identify and engage with potential clients for SaaS products and IT services (AI, Cloud, Digital solutions)
  • Build strong relationships with prospects through consistent communication touchpoints
  • Schedule discovery calls, product demos, and meetings for the sales team
  • Research target accounts, industries, and decision-makers
  • Maintain accurate data and track activities in CRM tools
  • Use platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Seamless.ai for prospecting
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and presales teams
  • Contribute to outreach strategies, messaging, and pipeline growth
  • Work towards achieving monthly KPIs (meetings booked, qualified leads, pipeline contribution)
  • Understand and contribute to the end-to-end B2B sales cycle

What We're Looking For

✔ 1–4 years of experience in SDR / BDR / Inside Sales (SaaS or IT services preferred)

✔ Strong communication and client engagement skills

✔ Experience or exposure to international B2B sales (US, UK, Europe, EMEA, North America) is a strong advantage

✔ Familiarity with CRM tools and sales prospecting platforms

✔ Basic understanding or interest in SaaS, AI, Cloud, or Digital Transformation solutions

✔ Strong research, follow-up, and relationship-building skills

✔ Target-driven mindset with a proactive and ownership-based approach

✔ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Engineering, or related field

Good to Have

  • Hands-on experience with international markets
  • Understanding of end-to-end B2B sales cycle
  • Exposure to SaaS products or IT services sales
  • Interest in emerging technologies like AI and automation
