Designation: Sales Development Executive – Application Security

About the Role
We're looking for a driven sales professional to accelerate revenue growth for Indusface's application security portfolio — including AppTrana WAF and Web Application Scanner — through channel partners across the APAC and Middle East regions. This is a hunter-meets-farmer role: you'll source and close new business while growing revenue within existing accounts.
What You'll Do
- Identify, onboard, and enable channel partners to generate new business opportunities and expand regional market reach across APAC and ME.
- Proactively build pipeline through data mining, market research, outbound outreach (calls, emails), and partner-led interactions.
- Understand prospect requirements, position the right solution, and prepare techno-commercial proposals aligned with client needs.
- Own the full sales cycle — from lead qualification through deal closure — including renewals and upsell/cross-sell within existing accounts.
- Drive cross-sell opportunities across the Indusface product portfolio, including SSL and application security lines.
- Manage partner and customer relationships end-to-end, ensuring strong post-sales support and account health.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and account records in Zoho CRM; present updates in regular sales reviews.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and support teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in IT security or application security products.
- Demonstrated ability in both hunting (new logo acquisition) and farming (upselling, renewals) motions.
- Experience working with and through channel partners to drive revenue.
- Familiarity with the APAC and/or Middle East market landscape.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Comfort with CRM tools (Zoho CRM or similar).
Good to Have
- Prior experience selling WAF, WAAP, or web security solutions.
- Existing partner or customer relationships in the application security space.
- Understanding of the competitive landscape in the web application security market.
