Sales Designer

Role Description The Sales Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for combining interior design expertise with consultative sales. Day-to-day tasks include meeting prospective clients, understanding their requirements, presenting design concepts, and recommending suitable solutions for interiors. The role involves preparing and reviewing design proposals, estimates, and layouts, coordinating with design and project teams, and guiding clients through product selections and finishes. The Sales Designer will manage the sales pipeline, follow up on leads, maintain strong client relationships, and support project handover to execution teams. This role requires active showroom or site presence, regular client meetings, and clear documentation of design and sales agreements.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to conduct client meetings, explain design options clearly, and build long-term relationships.
• Candidates should possess Interior Design and Kitchen & Bath Design skills to create functional layouts, select materials and finishes, and align solutions with client needs.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills to qualify leads, present proposals, negotiate terms, and close projects in line with revenue targets.
• Relevant experience in interior design studios, home improvement, or related design-sales environments is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple client projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with design visualization tools or CAD software, and basic knowledge of measurements and site evaluations, is an advantage.
• Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred, along with a strong portfolio or evidence of prior work.
