Sales Design Manager (Interiors)

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Design Manager (Interiors) located in Bengaluru. The Sales Design Manager will be responsible for consulting and guiding clients through interior design projects while ensuring that their aesthetic and functional needs are met. The role involves developing detailed design proposals, collaborating with clients to finalize concepts, and maintaining project timelines. Additionally, the manager will coordinate with vendors and suppliers, ensure seamless project execution, and deliver exceptional customer service to uphold the standards of the organization.

• Interior Design and Space Planning: Proficiency in designing and planning interior layouts to meet the aesthetic and functional requirements of clients.
• Sales and Customer Relationship Management: Demonstrated ability to engage and convert leads into clients, alongside superior customer relations skills.
• Project Management and Coordination: Experience managing detailed design projects, working with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure on-time and high-quality project execution.
• Proficiency in Design Software: Expertise in tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design platforms to create layouts and concepts.
• Strong Communication and Presentation Skills: Capability to effectively communicate and present design ideas and proposals to clients.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in interior design for residential or commercial projects; Knowledge of budget management and cost estimation in interior projects; Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
