Role Description
This is a full-time Sales Design Manager role located on-site in Bengaluru. The Sales Design Manager will be responsible for leading the interior design team, conceptualizing and implementing design strategies, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions, and ensuring high-quality design standards are met consistently. Additionally, the role involves overseeing project timelines, budgets, and client interactions to drive sales through impactful design concepts.
Qualifications
- Interior Design, Space Planning, and Furniture Selection skills
- Experience in leading design teams and implementing design strategies
- Knowledge of architectural and interior design trends
- Client Relationship Management and Communication skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software
- Ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Experience in the real estate or interior design industry preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
