We are looking for a dynamic and creative Sales Design Manager to join our interior design team. This role is ideal for someone who understands design, enjoys client interactions, and can convert ideas into successful sales.

• Meet clients, understand their requirements, and present interior design solutions
• Convert leads into confirmed projects through effective sales and design discussions
• Create and present design concepts, layouts, and proposals
• Coordinate with design, site, and execution teams to ensure smooth project flow
• Handle pricing, negotiations, and closure of deals
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Experience in interior design sales or a similar client-facing role
• Good understanding of residential/commercial interior design
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to read floor plans and explain design concepts to clients
• Target-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
• Proficiency in design tools is a plus
