Role Summary

We are looking for a confident and creative Interior Designer for a client-facing role involving design consultation, project estimation, execution coordination, and sales support. The ideal candidate should be passionate about interiors, possess strong communication skills, and be able to build strong client relationships while ensuring smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable interior design solutions • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and design discussions

• Prepare layouts, concepts, mood boards, and design presentations

• Assist in project estimation, BOQ preparation, and material selection

• Coordinate with execution teams, vendors, and contractors for project completion

• Visit sites to monitor design implementation and quality standards

• Support business development and convert client inquiries into projects

• Maintain regular follow-up and relationship management with clients

• Ensure projects are delivered as per client expectations and timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design or related field

• 3–6 years of experience in interior designing and client handling

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, or related design software

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of estimation, materials, and site execution

• Ability to handle clients professionally and confidently

• Client relationship and sales-oriented mindset

• Strong aesthetic sense with practical execution knowledge

• Good negotiation and coordination abilities • Experience in residential and commercial interior projects preferred
