Role Overview

As a Design & Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for converting prospective homeowners into delighted customers by understanding their requirements, creating customized interior solutions, and driving project closures. You will own the customer journey from initial consultation through design presentations and sales conversion while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in Interior Design, Interior Sales, Modular Furniture Sales, or Home Improvement Sales.
• Experience handling residential interior design projects.
• Proficiency in: AutoCAD SketchUp (preferred)
• Space Planning & Modular Design Tools
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Customer-centric mindset with excellent negotiation abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Interior design Experience with strong sales orientation.
• Ability to influence and close high-value deals.
• Understanding of modular kitchens, wardrobes, and home interiors.
• Strong problem-solving and relationship management skills.
• Target-driven and result-oriented approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
