Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Design Consultants to join the Livspace team in Sarjapura and Whitefield locations. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for interior design, client interaction, and sales. This role involves understanding customer requirements, creating design solutions, and converting leads into successful sales closures.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Consultation

  • Meet prospective clients and understand their home interior requirements.
  • Conduct design consultations and provide personalized interior solutions.
  • Explain Livspace products, materials, pricing, and project timelines to clients.
  • Convert walk-ins and leads into successful sales closures.
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Design & Space Planning

  • Prepare conceptual layouts and basic space planning solutions.
  • Coordinate with the design team for detailed designs and 3D visualizations.
  • Recommend modular kitchens, wardrobes, furniture, and décor solutions based on customer needs.
  • Ensure designs are practical, aesthetic, and aligned with customer budgets.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain regular follow-ups with clients throughout the sales cycle.
  • Build strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and referrals.
  • Address customer concerns professionally and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.

Coordination & Execution

  • Work closely with designers, project managers, and installation teams.
  • Ensure smooth project handover after sales closure.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales updates in CRM systems.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Sales, Marketing, or related fields.

Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in Interior design sales
  • Modular kitchen sales
  • Home interiors
