Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from initial lead generation to post-sales support. You will work closely with our sales team to identify leads, nurture client relationships, provide product demonstrations, and guide prospects through each stage of the sales cycle. If you are proactive, customer-focused, and eager to contribute to a growing company, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Management: Identify, qualify, and manage leads across various channels to build a strong and sustainable sales pipeline.
  • Client Engagement: Nurture potential clients by understanding their unique needs, providing tailored solutions, and maintaining consistent communication throughout the sales process.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct high-quality product demonstrations, highlighting the features and benefits tailored to each prospect's requirements.
  • Sales Process Management: Collaborate with the sales team to seamlessly guide prospects through pre-sales, negotiation, and post-sales processes.
  • Customer Support: Provide ongoing support and follow-up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and promote client retention.
  • Reporting: Track all sales activities, analyse performance data, and report on key sales metrics to the team.

What We're Looking For

  • Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt to various client needs.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: While we welcome candidates starting their careers, we prefer a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales. A proactive, customer-focused mindset with problem solving abilities is a must.
  • Other: Strong sense of ownership and accountability for tasks and results. A passion for learning and a drive to deliver the best possible client experience.
