Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Customer Support specialist located in Delhi, India. The role involves providing exceptional customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, offering technical support for product-related queries, and assisting clients in navigating and utilizing the company's service offerings. The role also emphasizes relationship building and ensuring a seamless and satisfactory customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Support, with a strong focus on ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills, with the ability to build positive relationships
  • Technical Support capabilities to address client queries related to products and services
  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess client needs and propose effective solutions
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Fluency in English and Hindi; additional languages are an asset
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Familiarity with the leather, luxury, or restoration industry is advantageous

Salary

The salary for this position ranges from 25,000 to 30,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
