We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Intern to support our sales and customer support team at Bingage. This internship offers hands-on experience in various aspects of sales and marketing, providing a comprehensive understanding of how these functions contribute to our company's success.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
Assist in identifying potential customers and generating leads.
Conduct initial outreach to prospective clients via email and phone to establish relationships.
Assist in preparing and delivering product pitches.
Participate in sales meetings and help track sales performance.
Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
Customer Support and Engagement:
Interact with customers to gather feedback and insights.
Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries and providing information.
Help develop customer success stories and testimonials.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Strong interest in sales and marketing with a desire to learn and grow in these areas.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
