Job Description

Position -Sales & Customer Support Executive

Key Requirements:

Minimum 13 years of experience in inbound sales / international voice process and Sales (preferably US market).
Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Strong sales acumen and customer service orientation.
Ability to handle objections and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Experience using CRM tools and telephony platforms is an advantage.
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts or US business hours.
