Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Sales Development & Lead Qualification

  • Review, research, and qualify incoming leads from multiple channels.
  • Engage prospects through email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and other outreach methods.
  • Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand customer requirements.
  • Drive prospects toward product trials, demos, and further engagement.
  • Schedule qualified meetings and demos for the Sales team.
  • Maintain accurate lead records, activities, and follow-ups within the CRM.

Activating & Onboarding Customers/Projects

  • Prepare internal reports, tracking sheets, and customer status updates.
  • Onboard customers & onboard projects on internal tools.
  • Track Usage of Customers on internal tools.
  • Communicate with other CS Specialists and Sales team members.
  • Support Zoho CRM hygiene

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Development, Customer Success, Customer Support, or Account Management.
  • Strong outbound communication style with cold calling
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working with Zoho CRM systems
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
