Key Responsibilities
Sales Development & Lead Qualification
- Review, research, and qualify incoming leads from multiple channels.
- Engage prospects through email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and other outreach methods.
- Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand customer requirements.
- Drive prospects toward product trials, demos, and further engagement.
- Schedule qualified meetings and demos for the Sales team.
- Maintain accurate lead records, activities, and follow-ups within the CRM.
Activating & Onboarding Customers/Projects
- Prepare internal reports, tracking sheets, and customer status updates.
- Onboard customers & onboard projects on internal tools.
- Track Usage of Customers on internal tools.
- Communicate with other CS Specialists and Sales team members.
- Support Zoho CRM hygiene
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Development, Customer Success, Customer Support, or Account Management.
- Strong outbound communication style with cold calling
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working with Zoho CRM systems
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
